Katrina M. Olsen

She started at an entry level position and worked her way up through the company, ultimately purchasing the business in January of 2010.
Her duties range from office manager to field crew supervisor. Office duties include estimating, records research, boundary resolution, calculations, drafting, preparation of legal descriptions, professional consultations, and project management. Ms. Olsen performs many types of field surveying work including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys.

His boundary survey projects have ranged in scope from simple lot surveys to complicated retracements and in size from small residential sites to retracement of complete towns.
Construction surveys varied in scope and size from the control and staking required for small commercial sites to that of large public-works projects.
Topographic surveys performed included pre-engineering surveys for small and large projects, ALTA surveys, surveys of accident scenes and architectural site surveys.
Mr. Anderson lectured on both a part-time and full-time basis in Civil and Surveying Engineering at California State University, Fresno from 1975 until 1998.
Daniel T. Moore

Prior to working at McPheeters & Associates, Mr. Moore worked for Rabe Engineering from 2003 until the firm closed in 2009.
He has experience in Boundary Surveys and Topographic Surveys necessary to pre-engineer subdivisions and various types of projects.
Mr. Moore’s background also consists of Construction Staking, including subdivisions and commercial buildings, ALTA Surveys, Volumetric Surveys, City and County Benchmark Level Loops, Elevation Certificate Surveys, Condominium Conversion Surveys, as well as Monitoring Well Surveys.
